Anime Expo 2010

I was looking for the forum for AX 2010 but I cant find it so I felt it should be started :D but, if I'm crazy and there is one can someone link me to it. Thank you very much.

I'll be attending for 4 days. My fourth year since 2007. Already got the hotel room and I am good to go.
I am planning on doing Shiki cosplay but may not work out (but I really want to).

I am attending all 4 days.

I think I might actually be able to attend this one!
maybe for just one day but still it will be my first anime con ever!!

anyways if my cousin bought my ticket for all 4 days which rocks but the problem is that my boss might not let me go all 4 days so, I gotta do some sweet talking to the bosses but I'll definitely let you guys know what I play on doing :D

Plus I believe there should be one more guest, he mentioned 4 guests and only 3 new guests have been announced thus far (3 tech. if you count them calling Danny a 'special' guest, and not just a 'guest' the official site calls him a special guest so who knows) but there should/could be if 1 more guest announcement

A new guest? LOL I haven't kept up with the guest that are going this year but I do know I want an autograph from Yuu Asakawa :D Cause I love Azumanga Daioh :D.

I'll be going for two days. I was hoping to go four or three days but I currently don't have enough funds to pay for the four day ticket. :( Damn my gaming needs...

I was hoping for a three day pass, but they didn't offer it. Didn't they have it before? I was probably dreaming though...

Anime Expo gives me mixed memories cause of back in '03. I was still young and there were so many people around. It was really hot and the lines were ridiculously long. My uncle never took me back because he hated it so much. I always thought it was pretty cool though.

Your uncle wasn't a fan of anime was he?

I think my first time going was for one day in 07' sometime when they were still in Anehiem.(?) I didn't have much to do aside from look around the exhibit hall and walk around the convention center, but the atmosphere was really nice there. I had fun even if I didn't come out with much but a Shonen Jump book bag (last one too!) and some other stuff.

well I hope I get to go by myself and don't have to drag the family along

my family doesnt care much for anime either :P but hey i have friends and a girlfriend who love it so they can accompany me :D which they plan on doing so :D

I had that same problem a few years back. My mom was all cool with me being alone at the convention though, she'd always just drop me off and go do something on her own until I decided it was time to go home.

I'm glad it's in the L.A. convention center. It's only about an hour walk from my home so it really saves me time and money.

Buddy still convincing me to go, I couldn't understand his words though, he did mention that there were still more guests to be announced. He knows my likes and dislikes but since he can't tell me names, I gotta wait TT
He told me:

"that you would probably give a shit about lol"

YUI HORIE and ERI KITAMURA, definitely worth going now ^^

I...I think I'm going to cry if I miss either of those two. Especially Eri Kitamura...Her role as Ami was awesome.
