AnimeNEXT anyone?

It's at the Garden State Exposition Center in NJ (near NYC), and apparently considered to be one of the bigger east-coast cons!
I recently found out it's like twenty minutes from where I am anyhow!
Anyone going this summer, or gone in the past? Never been myself...

Going~
It's actually a pretty ghetto con, even if it is up there on the list of "larger cons". I've been attending since 2004, and I liked it a lot better when the crowd was smaller and they were hosted at the Meadowlands Exposition Center.
From past experience there isn't much to do at AnimeNEXT as an attendee unless you want to go from panel to panel. Regardless, I'll be in AA so it's not my problem.

i would like to go, i have actually never been to a convention before and i live on the east coast.
sadly, i will be in boot camp starting june 14th so i miss it by a couple of days :(

I'm am so going this year! (As Gumshoe from Phoenix Wright) I'll be sure to pass by and get some pictures and stuff and drop off some snacks and goodies. X3

Change of plans. My friend and I are going dressed as members of the Yakuzi with toy swords and signs saying "Narutards" on it with a huge circle with a cross through it (Like the no parking signs) and stalk all the Naruto fans around. And then I'll pass by the Fakku panel and take pictures cuz I love the horse head. XD

I think I'm going with my friend if Jacobs there it will be my 2nd time meeting him lol...and Im going there wearing fakku shirt, and buy a few...I just hope they'd sell bags...anyway I don't see any ticket on their site...do they have one? I'm from NYC I dunno how to get there lol...
