How many conventions have you attended?

its kinda hard to attend more than one especially in a row. since you'll probaly be spending alot on airfare/gas. im trying very hard to make my second trip but somehow with school it almost seems impossible.

Uh....sure ok....so I'm officially declaring that it be in California because I don't wanna pay for traveling. I wonder if anyone will show up.

I've been two convetions, anime Boston twice and Otakon once. First
convention I went to was anime Boston, and it was awesome. It was me and
9 other kids (5 guys 4 girls) from our anime club packed into one room at
the Ramada Inn were it was being held. I spent one third of it sober
enjoying being surrounded ny my fellow otakus. Spent another third
walking around drunk & beligerent annoying my fellow otakus. Then spent
the last third past out in the concert area while random bands did covers
of J-pop songs. 3 of the best days ever :D

So far I've been to three smallish cons.
Anime Mid-Atlantic,
Neko Con,
and Anime USA.
The most enjoyable was Neko Con, as I had an idea of what to expect and do there after having been to AMA, and my buddy and I had a hotel room within walking distance, as opposed to having to pay $20 for a taxi ride to his aunts house every night >_>
A USA annoyed me because of its layout. It was crammed into several layers of a hotel that made travel very time consuming, and it felt kind of claustrophobic. And I didn't have any money to spend... Meh.
I can't wait for Otakon this August :D
