If I buy a book at a con from the fakku booth is there a way I could also get the digital on my account?

If it at a fakku booth then all you need to do is take a picture of the book(s) you bought with your convention pass and send that picture, and sent it to store@fakku.net.
You can try the support form also I think, but many other post made said the store email. Try Monday since the store is closed on weekends.
