Oooo, I would love to see this! I wanted to cosplay Rose a long time ago.

I guess I just don't have the confidence to be a plus sized cosplay. And I'd end up on one of those "Look at this fatty trying to cosplay, let's make fun of them!" blogs. I was thinking maybe going as Fat!Stocking (it's canon!) at the next big convention in my area (next summer). Though I think wearing Stocking's outfit might kill me in the heat though.

I'm a plus size girl myself, it's all about picking a character and a costume you can fit to your body type. I cosplayed stocking myself, she is totally a character you can do with a larger body shape anyways!

What convention will you be attending?

I'm still not positive if I'm even going, but I was thinking A-kon in Dallas, since I live in Ft. Worth and can drive to Dallas in about 30 minutes to an hour.

I hear a-kon is awesome. One day I will go, though it would be a good 2-3 day drive or at least a day on the plane for me haha. you are lucky to be so close!

I used to have long hair and would use putty to turn it into a pretty decent looking goku hair. I always wanted to full on cosplay him but I don't have the pecs for it... or abs... or money to get to the con ;~;

I have started doing a FUCK TON of JoJo cosplay. I have also Cosplayed Lin from Fist of the north star....

You don't have to be perfectly BARA for Pt.3 Dio, as long as your tall you would be fine. There was a fantastic Dio at one of the cons I went to this year who was pretty tall and slender.

I'm quite tall for an asian (around 180cm) but Dio is wearing tight suit so it's kinda hard.
Raoh is more likely, but dat armor. So expensive ;_;

This guy was at the con I went to and he is a fairly popular character so I'm sure you could find a fantastic costume online or a good commissioner.
Just doooooooo it, I need someone to discuss JoJo cosplay with :P.
