I saw someone else mention PAX East in there, but I'm gonna go ahead and mention it again, with maybe some helpful things?
PAX East was at the same convention center. If you're driving into the city, there's a mall connected to the convention center called the Shops at Prudential Center. There's a parking garage right next door that may or may not let you park in there (for PAX, there was a sign saying that parking was allowed in there). It's supposedly public parking, and it's fairly inexpensive, all things considered. I was parked in there for over twelve hours on Saturday and it cost me $39.
Dunno how much of the convention center anime Boston has reserved, but it's a nice place so you guys who are going should enjoy it.

I have a question, can anyone one just come? I never been to a convention before.
I'm from NJ so going there should be no prob, but I was just curious if I need to do something first or something.

If you had asked this a few days earlier I would say you have to pre-register, but you can still go and register in person. http://animeboston.com/registration/index

Anyway, I shall be at Anime Boston, cosplaying a Final Fantasy character. The cheesecake factory sounds delicious, so I may meet you guys there on Saturday night (as long as you are not already expecting an insanely large group ^^; ). Otherwise, see you in the vendor rooms!

The Cheesecake Factory outing was awesome if exorbitantly expensive, I paid 18 dollars for just a side of fries and a raspberry martini!

damn. so freaking AWESOME! got my hen-tie tee mega milk both fakkus gya... awesomium. tho. i kinda have to point out. it wouldn't matter to me if it was in iceland id still go. hell i fly to iceland every year for eve fanfest. teehee. i try and go to every major con in the us if i can. [yes i have money to burn dont ask please.]
