Ouch...That hurts. My boobs are not like deflated balloons :( I like them as they are thank you very much. Besides large boobs are not very functional in any way other than if your giving a titty fuck.

cute huh? well, first of all, if you are a serious cosplayer (me, not that much, just a bit), you do know that if you were to compete, might as well cosplay as someone famous & be able to act like them perfectly... however, don't go as someone who many people already do (like Misa Amane, Haruhi Suzumiya, Sakura Hirano & CC here at my place)...

So maybe for you, since this is already a late post (sorry), maybe you'd have time for either the flirty "Simca" of Air Gear or the imouto-type "Lenalee" of D-Gray Man! Once you're OK with Bleach, I'd suggest you try Nel or Yoruichi who has both a childish/mature personality! Hope I could help! Peace Out!

Wow! Which country are you from? Coz with a B-cup for a height like that, you might as well cosplay as someone with huge bumpers like let's say "Nico Robin" of One piece, "Urd" of Ah My Goddess(too daring though) or "Yoruichi" of Bleach, & could still pull it off! (sorry, tanned ones are never cute, they're always sexy)

The good thing about Nico & Yoru is that they do wear sexy, but they still have covers (their jackets & Nico's hat), so that those with "stocky" bodies, as you say, can still fill in for them, & still pull them off as sexy...

With your tanned skin, your best chance of winning is with Urd coz of her exotic costume & strong(noticeable) personality(even giant mechas are beaten by a local superhero here coz of his character's noticeable behavior & his perfect portrayal of it)! If it's just by your request, I'd say Nico, though her personality is weak! Yoru's your middleman here!

Do keep in mind to have costumes as fit as possible & to wear their original ones (the ones they usually wear), so that once people see you, they'll instantly recognize you as the character... Acting skills are still necessary... like renowned cosplayer Kaname said, if the costume is good & acting is bad, it's still bad, & vice versa...

But are you really as tanned as they are? Coz you don't seem to be in your pic... Coz if you're only asian in color, let's say a bit darker yellowish from white, you could still do many anime characters coz most of them are asians! Here are my suggestions:

Imari > Bible Black = I'm serious! She's one of the best you could have! Yes her costume's too plain, but who doesn't know her? With her innocent to seductive possesed-like-personality in that school uniform, will make any hentai fan who sees her drool!

long haired Simca > Air Gear = 2nd place, with one of the most unique costumes you could have(espescially her skates)! Not only that, but her bubbly & flirty personality is one of the reasons why Air Gear fans got hooked in the 1st place!

long haired Lenalee > D. Gray Man = Last, but not the least... She has enough cuteness that you're looking for, with an enough noticeably imouto-type personality to add with a bit of her feistiness...

Well I'm mostly worried about my height. I'm super short....Personality is not too hard for me. I like Lenalee and the other suggestion people have given me but I guess people don't get that IM SHORT~ midget alert! I'm 150 cm....

You have a facial structure that pretty much fits with any character.

That's funny... You're too worried about you're height? when it comes to cosplaying, height actually never matters, what matters more is that you're proportioned enough for the character(imagine a lard-ass playing Faye Valentine, let's see who won't vomit)... I'm not that tall as well, but if I were to cosplay a tall guy like sepiroth, no one would still care so long as I look & act like him well enough... They'd more likely see me as a chibi-sepiroth...

& the last convention I've been to, the one who won as the top female cosplayer of the year is a ten year old girl, who only stands up to my hips, & who's supposedly Belldandy!+ I think you're maybe quite cute enough(I don't want to give a definite cuteness since I haven't really seen you yet... pardon me, cynical person here)!

What you'd need the most is confidence to yourself! Much more is you'd need that in your acting as well! Who cares if you're short? Hell, men see short ladies who cosplay as cute(even I prefer them as short as you are, so long as they're not bitching feminists)! Much more if you have the face! & it's a cosplay convention! Costume Roleplaying! Just have the face(the closer you have, the better), have the look, & show them how a real badass you can act! & you'd surely give them a hell of a threat if they'd even want to compete against you!
