guesstimating
tickets = 24Gbp (sorry my pound button is broke) for both days with early entry
hotel = varies from 120 - 3/400
travel fare - USE MEGABUS (if you don't live in london)cheapest i know of
all in all you want about guessing 6-700 topline

I'm more than likely going for one of the days (courtesy of groupsave train tickets from Kent), although non-hentai loving friends might be 'weirded out' by random people coming over to say hello. :P Not sure about the cosplay yet, depends on money. Last time I just wore my hentie shirt.

It's a possibility, albeit a small one. I probably just won't have the cash or the full thing, though. Maybe I can just come in for a couple of hours on one of the days, see what I can catch. It's a big if, though.
