As the title would imply, I'm talking cosplay, tea, and cookies. Victorian, lolita, battle uniforms, whatever.
I say we plan ahead of time, and aim to have a smashing tea party, say, may-ish?
I can't be the only friendly tea-and-scones loving anime-etiquette-enjoying people-watching weirdo out there :) and I make killer scones~.

I live pretty close to portland (Oregon City) so I'm confident that it might be a fun local party. I'll cosplay as hm... Van Houenheim (FMA - Elric Brothers' Father) in formal butler attire from the 1800s? I have the blond wig and fake blonde beard, may tale a while to get a brown trench coat (Houenheim wears it all the time outdoors)

I wish I still lived in Portland, I'd definitely show up. Not sure what I'd end up cosplaying as since I'm in the middle of transitioning between costumes right now.

that would be awsome~. I dunno, id be fine with a small thing, the point would be to see people just from these forums, i cant think of many places to advertise for that xD.
