Tentacle Panel?

I would like to run an 18+ panel about tentacle hentai at my home convention next year. There is plenty of time for planning later; for now though, I'm doing what I do best, and procrastinating by asking you guys about it. I want to have enough discussion material to fill up an hour, not accounting for interruptions or complete derailment of the topic. Overall, I want this to be a fun panel. It just wouldn't do to have it feel like a lecture. What are some ways I could accomplish this, without running the risk of a silent room?
