A history section?

Those topics as long as they are done maturely, intelligently and convey some genuine information then they would belong in Serious Discussion. There isn't really a strong reason for a specific section devoted entirely to history.

I agree with the FPOD that it's not really necessary. There are just not enough people who post threads about history to really warrant a section about them. I also feel the section would go unused.

I find that there is no need.
Most of the time, history-based threads will find a place in Serious Discussion, or at the least, Random.
