A question about download links on hosted manga.

While a lot of people still tend to ignore it, there's a list of banned hosting websites in the User Upload section with sites like Uploading and DepositFiles on it, and I was wondering whether or not this stands for adding download links for the various mangas hosted on Fakku. I'm asking this because I was hoping there would be a MediaFire or MegaUpload link for Nounai De Shori Shiro! so that I don't tax Fakku's servers any more than they already are. Instead someone has posted links to a DepositFiles and Uploading, which I wouldn't complain about except if I remember right the person that uploaded those files gains a small amount of money for each download don't they?
It just doesn't seem fair, unless it was Jacob that uploaded them there, in which case disregard this.
