I'd like to ask if it is possible to receive an email notification every time there is a new notification about the subscribed tags.
If yes how do I activate it as I'm not receiving any email notifications.

I don't think it is.
There's an option in the settings "Always notify me of replies via email" but it doesn't seem to work. Until I just had a quick browse through my settings I didn't know it even existed. It's set to Yes but I've never received an e-mail.
