Account Broken.

Hello, I am making this thread, because my account appears broken. when I try to go to my account page, it says "User does not exist or their account is inactive."

I also cannot post anywhere outside IB without getting the same message(just by posting)

even when I log in, it says I put the incorrect password, and have to use the password recover every time I log in. just to log in.

Please help me solve this dilemma.
