Account deletion?

Hi, so I created a Fakku account last month (maybe longer), made a few posts, added a few favourites... then I come back today and it seems to be completely gone? As in, not banned or anything, just non-existent ("user does not exist or their account is inactive") - I was able to create a new account (this one) with the same name. Pretty sure I didn't imagine/misremember it either as my browser history remembers it too.

Are there any forum rules that result in complete account deletion? I don't think any of my posts were controversial, but I guess I can't be sure.
