Add release date to subscription/book/etc. release

It would be nice for there to be some sort of release date or time stamp when the subscription/book/etc was released like back before the site redesign.
It's a small thing, but it was always something very convenient. Sometimes, I might come back a few days later, and the date/time stamp would help me more quickly go back x amount of days to find where I last stopped off at.

I support this feature, however if you are looking for a quick fix just open the chapter/book and scroll to the bottom of the comments section and look at the date stamp of the first comment. That way you know what day something was release.

You can actually see the exact time of release by simply adding "/changelog" to the URL. For instance:

As you would expect, this also lists all (if any) updates made to the chapter since its release
