Ads (with a vengence) Affecting Mobile Devices

Although not originally that bad lately when using a mobile device to read manga updates, ads that reroute you to their site have recently been getting worse, now making it impossible to read the updates as you can't skip the ads in a mobile browser. It usually takes days for it to stop taking me straight to the ad sites as is the case right now. I don't know if I'm the only one, but this stuff is very frustrating either way, please help me out or tell me what's up with these stubborn ads.
