Avatar Options (Suggestion)

I was hoping that in the future an avatar system like this could be implemented. Many other forums have it and wouldn't actually take some of the strain off of Fakku servers? Fakku wouldn't have to host avatars all the time which would decrease load times and things right?

Fun fact: they had the suggested feature in the past.
