I'm surprised how many people in here thought the fan translated material was going to stick around. You can't run a legit business translating and distributing material while simultaneously distributing illegal copies of other/same material.
Hell, Fakku is selling a tankobon from Bosshi while at the same time distributing illegal copies of his doujins, stuff that like that just stand when you're trying to be a real company. If doujin authors weren't poor people selling small amounts of copies they made themselves and had real money they could sue Fakku. Or even more likely it's only a matter of time before some non-Wani Japanese publisher starts asking why the hell is Fakku illegally distributing their manga while selling Wani's.
