blacklisting

hello I am new here and am just wondering if there's a way to blacklist certain tags?

Closest thing I can think off is the turn on/off the setting under your account to hide controversial stuff. Not sure if one can block exact tags though. I never needed to.

Or just look at the tags.

Jacob actually stated already that they plan to make blacklisting possible sometime in the future.
Till then you can only do like animefreak said and look at the tags (most stories have only a few so that you can spot right away if a story is your taste or not)
