Not sure what your referring to.Same here. Perhaps you should post a screenshot (an image of these blurred black lines), indicating what it is that you mean.
In case you don't know how, I'll explain how to take a screenshot and post it here.
1. Make sure your monitor displays the image/sight that you want displayed in the screenshot. (In this case, the problem you're talking about)
2. Hit the printscreen button. For me, it says "Print Screen/SysRq".
It maybe be something else for you. It's somewhere on your keyboard though, or at least I'd think so.
3. Paste the screenshot into an image editor. (Paint, Gimp, Photobucket, anything really) Then save the file.
4. Upload the image to a file hosting site.
5. Post the image url here.
Maybe then, someone can give you more help. Or, alternatively, you could try to be a bit more articulate/give a vivid explanation of these lines you speak of.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking too. To answer the question (if that’s the question) it's because it is censored in Japan its a culture thing. Almost all there porn is censored if it's not then it was probably changed later.
Oh and HE love your crazy good explained answer will you be pissed if it's not what he's asking like dam dude I went to all that work. and ....and ... well... shit.

Lmao, well thank you. And nah, it's cool. No big deal really. Though I do take pride in comments like that, ones I put quite a bit of effort into, it wouldn't bother me. I do, however, appreciate compliments on those types of comments.
