Nah, just coincidence. I was just re-watching this episode when I saw this thread.

The 2 times I spotted such an error are topics created in the User Uploads section, most probably by bots.

Nonetheless, these topics have been deleted.

Apparently this bug also appears in very old threads.
There's plenty of threads that was created by girlcelly and nekomimiko in the VN upload section suddenly "lost" their thread titles.

I was going to list them here, but as I said there's plenty.
