[Bug?] Site Time

Did Fakku go through Daylight Savings early or something???

My time setting is currently at UTC-8hrs. I live in PST.

The time of this post is 4PM / 1600 based off my PC time, Phone clock, TV clock etc.

The time of this post on the forum reads 3PM / 1500


What happened?

DST ends (typically) on the last Sunday of October, or the First Sunday of November, depending on the country. The site probably went with October, so I guess it'll be off by an hour for a week for certain places (based on Wikipedia, mainly North and Central America).
