Can you only go back two pages at a time?

Is there anyway to go back to the last page?
Left-clicking goes forward one page, as to be expected, but right-clicking goes back two pages
and unless I'm just a blind idiot, there's no way to change this.
If there is, please let me know.
If there's not, please add a setting for this.
