Hey, so I realize there is a message at the top of the page stating issues should only be sent through the support form, but I have sent two emails over the past week without so much as a ticket-submission confirmation email.
A week ago I created a throw-away gmail account about a week ago, made a Fakku account with the newly created gmail, and paid for a subscription. However, this subscription purchase was made during a late-at-night, hazy memory state of mind - so of course the day following my subscription, I could not for the life of me remember the exact gmail account (or Fakku username, they were the same sequence of letters/phrase). I have a pretty solid idea of what the username was, but my attempts at narrowing it down to the correct username via login attempts (using both gmail and Fakku) haven't been fruitful. I have the payment in my bank statement, I know all other information regarding the account (password, first/last name, billing info). I have tried calling the support phone number without anyone picking up, and the two support forms I've submitted (using a gmail account I have access to) have not generated any response. I was hoping a Fakku employee might be browsing the support forums, or someone else can point me in the right direction.
