cant changed my avatar and i cant upload a .gif one

I've kinda given up on uploading a new avatar. Until it gets fixed by someone, I shall remain in the obscurity of yellow-orange.

If you wait awhile, it should be fine. Same thing happened to me and today it's loaded. I have no idea about gifs however.

@Jacob: thanks for the fix, but it seemed to bring up other bugs.

- I have my sigs disabled (I don't see other user's sigs), yet I do see them and the pictures don't show up.

Since it says fixed I now am saying I can't upload a .gif because my current avatar should be a gif.
