C&D Removing titles from my favorite list

I've noticed it for a while, and not sure if it has been addressed, but It's really annoying when I add things to my favorite list to save it for later, and later can't find it on my favorite's list anymore, due to a C&D, or not being able to view in my country issue. I'm pretty sure I've lost a good portion of my favorite pages, and was wondering if you might be able to set it so we just can't read the h, but the titles would remain in our lists so we would remember the titles and authors for later, sort of thing.

This is a good idea, definitely something we can do without any issues.
