comment votes update?

We have update on reps but not for the comment section votes anymore.

I have noticed. My comment rep is stuck on 39 even when I get new upvotes. I thought maybe there was a limit. Like only 20 upvotes for one comment will be added to comment rep.

I don't know. Hope we get an answer
