Okay, so just to make it very clear:
If there's a story about a girl told from her perspective(we see her thoughts and all that), and that girl already has a lover who we meet, but then that girl is forced to have sex with someone else(rape, blackmail, etc) and ends up mind-broken/loving it more than her lover, that story is NOT netori and should NOT have the netori tag.
Correct?
That depends if the guy knows and/or is forced to watch. Which it would be netorare because the guy have to be taken for it to be netori. The guy is the one cheating and/or stolen for netori. If the guy doesn't know his lady is being plow well by another dude or dudette then it's just cheating.
Isn't the guy being stolen literally just reverse ntr?
Yeah. That's what netori means.
Netori is the protag doing the netorare, vs the protag being the person who gets netorared.
Dude being the one stolen away is reverse ntr, as it's reverse genders to normal.
Literal definitions of the words are:
Netorare: To be cuckolded/ being cuckholded
Netori: To cuckold somebody.
Thus, ntr where the male is the protag, but is corrupted, and his wife finds out, and is distraught is reverse ntr.
Then the ones with the protag being the person corrupting said person, that is netori
