Could the "This chapter is part of X." section moved up?

Right now it's right at the bottom you have to scroll through all the comments despite being only 3 ish lines long on average.
Could it be moved between the Sample Thumbnails section and the Comments section please?
I hate it when I read a chapter only to realize I accidentally read it out of order.

Last news we got is they had plans for it, but AX was taking all their time at that moment. Should get news on it soon.
