Disappearing new content?

Is there a reason that sometimes I'll log in, see a new chapter? I forgot the name but yesterday was a story where a niece seduced her uncle (unintended sailor attack or something?). Today it's gone. I assume it's some legal stuff (I find it's always the true incest stories that disappear) but just want clarification if possible.
