Huh... Well I'll just describe it then.
When you click on the doujins name there should be 2 buttons on the Right side that say "High Resolution" & "Medium Resolution".
You then click the "Download Zip" in either one (depending if you want High Res or Medium Res")
High Res is hosted on Megarotic so you just have to follow the instructions when you get there. Medium Res is hosted on the site, so the d/l should pop up just after you have pressed the button.
