Downloading the manga more easily?

I try to download all the translated mangas and in order to do that I have to open tabs for each one which ends up being tedious work (ie. https://www.fakku.net/manga/english/page/10). I was wondering if anyone has a better method to opening the pages. If it was possible I would want to highlight the page and open in new tabs but it would also open the artist, pages, translator pages too...

You could try this for if you want all the already uploaded manga on Fakku and more. But I suppose that wouldn't solve the problem for future doujins to come, unless you wait for Flaser's next installment.
