I just tested several works on the front page. Everything worked fine with Chrome (latest version (28.0.1500.95 m)). I did not update or roll back. I tested this on stock IE 8 as well. No problems either.

Sounds like a redirect root kit (for all of you). It is, technically, a virus, and it is also pretty common. If this is the case I'll ask you to stop posting links to where they redirect you to on this site; they would possibly be distributed on those sites as well.
If it is a root kit then it isn't Fakku! that's doing it, otherwise alot more people would have it (I assure you). I'd think they'd be more likely to be engaged while reading a manga due to the large number of page changes one has to make. The virus cannot spread onto Fakku! and "infect" others here, so don't worry about that (unless your posting links here as I stated above). And it doesn't matter if you have a firewall or whatever; root kits are still a possibility. They are often found on sketchy sites (I assume the people on this fap site would look up alot of porn, am I right?) to direct you to other pages to get page views or redirect you via advertisement URL's to make money for the creator of said virus.
The best software to eliminate root kits, in my experience anyway, is called MalwareBytes. You can download a free version from their site (Just Google "MalewareBytes") and running it should clear things up. Other virus software can catch them, but the database MalewareBytes uses is much more extensive of any other one I've seen and is more likely to find the problem.

It's not a virus. I have a pro edition for malwarebytes and did a full scan just last night. nothing was found. it's fakku. doesn't happen anywhere else, just here.

I only have this issue on Fakku, no other site is showing issues. if it was a virus then it would show up on more sites.

I believe this issue was coming from the header adzone (the banner at the top of the read online page). I have removed it, please let me know if this issue continues. If it does it means it is coming from one of the other zones.
