FAKKU General Bug Report/New Design Rant Thread

The issues with the online store forced us to push out a front-end redesign of the website a little earlier than we wanted. You'll probably notice some subtle changes to colors and layout around FAKKU that make things look nicer across devices (dark mode also got an update). But because it was pushed out before it was 100% done, there will be some bugs that we will work to fix ASAP (like this one). Here's a separate thread regarding the order status and store updates.

Thanks for pointing out these issues, they've both been fixed! Popular content now has a dedicated row, and will not intermingle with new releases.

Signatures seem to be somewhat broken, for some reason the images in mine that should be on one line show up under each other, other formatting issues aside.

This seems to be fixed in collections/library, but not on the front page.

I agree with this, however if the view is going to stay no matter what, I think something that could help is a hover over that displays the full title and at least some of the tags, especially since right now titles get cut off.

On iPad Safari in portrait mode, the navbar is incorrectly sized. The “hamburger button” is not accessible.

I cant get it to stay dark mode. On Android mobile brave browser.

While we're at it, can we finally get notifications fixed? I still seem to be getting them based on the other person's settings rather than mine, seeing how I do have thread reply notifications switched off myself, but still seem get them for most users and never for others. Most likely affecting other notifications as well, it's harder to notice not receiving notifications I should be receiving for categories I have switched on.

Just reposting this here as well for visibility:

I'll toss in some feedback on the new artist pages: Can you at least give us the option to choose between covers only vs. covers and tags like we had before? Now when checking out a new or unknown artist, I have to open each individual work to find out what kind of content they draw, as opposed to it being immediately visible on the artist page. The "has a tag you follow" hover over isn't helpful, when pretty much every chapter does. I want to be able to check the tags at a glance like we had before.

We also lost the ability to navigate pages on the homepage. I get to the bottom and there's no option to go to previous works/pages.

I'm still experiencing this. It appears to be working for the store pages (Doujin, My Library, etc), but the home page will not change link color.

Still can't scroll on mobile or PC to add a comic to your collection if you have more than 10 collections. We need scroll functionality on mobile and a scroll bar on desktop.

The regular search feature is working where I can type in a tag such as "housewife", but the advance search feature is not reconizing tags for being added to the search or being excluded from the search. It lists "zunta" over and over when wanting to type in a tag name.

Just in regards to dark mode I think you should change the color of the tags that you follow because the white flavor text just doesn't really stand out
