Favorite Artists

I think it would be nice if we would have the ability to favorite artists and whenever a new work is released it will give you a notification like "One new work"

Sorry if someone has already brought this up before, I'm lazy and I didn't feel like checking.

Pretty much sums up the attitudes of some new users.

And yes it's been suggested before.
