Getting a webpage error message telling me I've been banned?

Off topic but, was ryssen permabanned or just temp ban?

The error messages stopped for me after a week after making this topic I think, haven't seen them since.

I'm getting the same error, already twice in 5 minutes, saying I'm temporarily banned for 4 weeks, then I press F5 and it's all good.

Temp. 4 weeks.

What did that dick cheese do?
