I canceled my subscription on Oct 1, 2017 and got charged before that date even though I never renewed. I submitted a ticket for that and never got a response. I let it go thinking it wouldn’t happen again and today I got charged again! For a canceled account! I can’t even read the chapters because it says I need to pay for a subscription. Why am I getting charged for a canceled account?!
