Highlighted tags when signed out

When logged out, the "Vanilla" and "Netorare" tags are highlighted in green. There may be more but those are the only two I noticed. It doesn't seem intentional, because that's pretty weird from a UX standpoint.

Probably not a big deal unless it's tied to a specific user's followed tags, in which case it's definitely a big deal.
