Turns out you might be able to edit somebody else's post, if you're veeery careful about it. (I've only found one user/post this works on, though.)

In steps:
a. Log out of your user account.
b. Go to the Nosebleed sub-subforum, child of the Incoherent Babbling subforum.
c.Click on the "Topics banned on Fakku/in this section. READ ME*" sticky. (Second down from the top)
d. Scroll down until you hit "Anonymous"'s post (quick tip: he's the first user with the default "question mark dude" avatar.
e. You'll notice the "delete" and "edit" buttons in place as if it was your post.
f. Click "edit".
g. It will ask you to sign back in, do so.
h. You'll find yourself in the edit screen.
i. After that, do as you please, although I STRONGLY SUGGEST you hava a good laugh about it and close the windows.
Personally, when I found this bug, I did nothing (except have a laugh and close the window.) I
strongly suggest you follow my lead on this one.
