How do I browse artists?

I am sure there is a simple solution to this but I don't see it. I click on sort by artist and I only get the first page. I don't see how to move onto any other letter past A.

This probably needs to be fixed but for now you can just start typing in the search bar and it will filter the entire artist list.

I get you. This is sort of a hack but you can get to different pages like this.
