Who reviews the site for use in the U.S. and makes sure that it is okay to access in the U.S.?
It's (apparently) the biggest hentai site in the world; I think something might just have happened by now if it was deliberately playing host to anything illegal. Also, good luck arresting tens of thousands of people, US government. I mean I don't doubt that the
slave labour prison system can handle it, it's more the logistics. :P
Btw, the US has pretty much the laxest laws on pornography in the Western world and of the largely religious nations, bar of course Japan, and as much as Jacob likes to champion the wider hentai cause, he has both advertising revenues and a real life to consider. An account like this is also nothing like evidence considering that anyone could have signed you up, and you didn't necessarily mean to view certain stuff. If I'm browsing old Nosebleed threads and I find some loli, for instance, I should bloody well hope that I wouldn't get raided; you can't convict on affiliation alone.
Basically, you're completely over-reacting, learn to internet.
