i cant get a PW reset email

my browser was a bit slow so i wiped my cookies clean then i tried to log back in to fakku my PW did not work (tried old and new) tried to get an reset pw email twice both times did not work and i waited at least a day
could i get some help getting back on to loserinasuit?
