[size=12] I'm using version 4.2.2. The problem more of the fact when I tap and hold the image, the options menu has the save image button whited out. So when I press on it, it does nothing.[/h]

Clean cache and if it doesn't work and it worked before uninstall the last update. Straight from android helpline. Some say if your using a av mobile app then that may be the problem.
