They sent me an email confirming that it is infact an account issue. Apparently it needs to be escalated up for resolution and that they're experiencing delays getting these fixes addressed. So I'm to believe that this is quite common and we're all in que.

December 6th - Any Update?! Has anyone's account been fixed yet? It's been a week since my first Support ticket was submitted and there's been no resolution, I feel for Jack_998 since he is going on 2 weeks. I don't understand why this hasn't been addressed or fixed yet, especially with a multitude of users experiencing the same exact issues. To be honest, I'm getting rather upset because I've spent a LOT of money on Fakku, and to receive this kind of response is unacceptable.
December 7th - Got an update from Fakku Support - "It's being investigated now and we're checking on the status every day. As soon as I know more, I'll let you know. Feel free to check in as well but I don't have any concrete info just yet. I appreciate your patience and hopefully we get an update, soon! "
