How do you get/lose Reputation?
You can +/- rep someone once you have 15 posts, which I see you have. You can only +/- rep one person once every 24 hours. After 24 hours, you regain the ability to +/- rep someone again. To +/- someone, there should be a +/- buttons to the side of the word "reputation" underneath your avatar. That's what you press to +/- rep someone. You cannot +/- rep yourself.
I notice I was able to +rep Trunksdark for his thread here: https://www.fakku.net/viewtopic.php?p=1914870#1914870 but I notice I only have 5(6 now) posts. Is the 15 posts requirement gone? Or did it get removed during recent server problems?

Yeah, it's gone. Anyone can rep now. It's been that way for about a little over half a year.
