I use the internet connection on the computer, using a telephone network.

I can access the website but can not read fakku online manga. was I exposed to the filtering system of internet provider I use?

Depends.. I heard some do in Indonesia. Doubt it though. Try a different browser and clear the cache.

Ya, I tried just for the sake of trying and I can't access them mangoes.

I've used 3 different browsers but the result remains the same
I tried on the website mangareader.net no problem, I can read manga online
but if I visit websites like fakku or other website like fakku i can not read manga online.

is there something whit my pc? or do i need to upgrade my browser ( i use mozila firefox )

It's happening over here as well. I cleared my cache and I still can't read any manga's.
