Here is a new compiled list of (Nightmare Level Website) Bugs which are crawling around at Fakku. Two Years ago i mentioned some of them in a thread and they still have not been resolved. I suggest that probably every respectable company or "library" would sound the alarm clocks if it came to it's attention the severity and horror of those bugs i have encountered (those bugs are no small bugs and so horrible that they are not for the faint of heart :P). How after so many years those bugs are not squashed is a mystery for me. It seems there is no Website Quality Control Team separate to the Website Development Team, which controls the quality or their work is very sloppy. I don't want to offend anyone but this is my humble rational observation and conclusion arriving, especially if you consider my reminder two years ago, the severity of the bug types and that they are still unresolved. Dozens of items accidentally missing on Fakku is no matter to joke about :(. (at least not for a concerned fan like me). Another conclusion i derived is if there is any QC from the development team at all, then they are making the mistake to test the site with an Fakku Unlimited Subscription enabled account only and not a separate second Account as well without any subscription because i found a crude bug when i subscribed again some days ago and saw that the bug isn't there if you are subscribed.(More on that in Bug #5)
I found this Bug #5 by accident because unfortunately technical Website changes are not communicated to the users (i suggested otherwise before, to make Forum Posts about even small website changes so valuable feedback and testing/testreporting about website changes could be gathered), and therefore i didn't even know that a feature which i proposed two years ago was implemented now but accidentally doesn't work if you are not subscribe to Fakku Unlimited!. Because of this i thought that the feature is still not implemented which added to my frustration. This however leads to my conclusion that if there is any QC going on at Fakku at all they probably use an subscribed Account for testing only and no unsubscribed Account or else they would have seen that their new feature doesn't work on unsubscribed accounts.
I will first in this post mention the

- Bug #1 Missing Item Entries on the Website:
One of the worst possible nightmare of every store/library are accidently missing items. Whether caused by technical or human error. About 3-4 years ago i personally sent a PM to Jacob telling him that some items on the Fakku.net website were missing, but were in the Store and vice versa. He thanked me for it and resolved the matter, and that was when there were only a few books out at that time, but still there was not Website QC team or strategy implemented which prevented the missing items.
About two years later i saw that again items seem to be missing accidently and mentioned it and the error was resolved as well BUT the undermining reason for those missing items was not adressed by Fakku. I think other usersfound some missing items themselves from time to time and the forum has some threads about it. Missing Items is a very severe issue in retail stores which even dedicate one day in the year to it, closing their store and COUNTING their inventory to see if Inventory is missing or stolen. Missing inventory can translate to revenue loss and is therefore generally viewed as very, very bad for a company. In the case of doujins and games (and any other purchasable content), Fakku has as a company even a RESPONSIBILTY to their partners, that their items are not missing by accident. Seeing as missing items are a common occurence on Fakku, i unfortunately don't even have the trust in them anymore that someday items from my purchased library will be missing somehow by obscure unresolved Website bugs. This is a collector's worst nightmare! How would you feel if your games on your Steam or GoG.com library somehow could be missing items and you wouldn't notice it for a long time because you trusted them that item listing integrity would be faultless?
The thing is, the larger Fakku grows, the more severe these issues will get if they are not fundamentally adressed!
SOLUTION for BUG#1
AUTOMATED WEBSITE TESTING:
There are automated programs/softwaresuites/testers which can test automatically in hourly/daily/nightly intervals, many different things on a website. In our case we would at least test for the count of games, doujins, subscription chapters on the main Website AND the store to be sure no items are missing. Every day newly added content should be included in the count of course. Somewhere in the Forum it was mentioned that Fakku has now about 100 released books, and i didn't count the entries on the main site and the store but i reached a point where it wouldn't even surprise me if a few books/doujins/games are EVEN MISSING ON BOTH OF THE FAKKU SITES AND WENT TO THE DIGITAL NIRVANA. :((((

1.How to Conquer Monster Girls is missing in the store but on the main page.
Just seeing this made me write again to Fakku and implore you to please do some basic quality control on your site. :( I suppose that this is not the only item missing and who knows perhaps there are even items missing on both of the sites which logically can't be bought because they are not listed.
2. Many Kagura games are missing in the store: Sister Travel, Kunoichi Botan .... and probably many more (not my job to test and find every single one manually, but rather Fakku's responsibilty)

- Bug #2 Missing Items when filtering categories/developers:
This issue is different to Bug#1 because in Bug#1, items are missing on one of the two sites (or who knows perhaps even on both), but in Bug #2 the item at least is there but missing when filtering your items.
SOLUTION for BUG#2:
Automated Testing of Category and probably even tag filtering on the two websites.
PROOF of Life for BUG#2:
I found this bug some days ago when the Kagura Games sale was ongoing. As mentioned in Bug#1 Kagura Games are missing in the store but there are games which are listed in the store but not found when choosing the filter publisher Kagura Games for example:
