I am sorry to ask a not unique question, but what do you do if the order is “completed” and others have gotten their shipment, but your order hasn’t?
I ordered a book that was a bundle of an online copy and a physical copy; I waited patiently, and just got an e-mail recently that the order completed. I never got an email of the tracking or anything about the order being shipped for the physical copy. The download file/online copy was added to my library.
I checked the comments and people sure enough got their physical copies and the books were shipped in March.
I contacted support, got a ticket, and it stated I would get a response by three business days, but nothing. No response at all. The payment went through with no problem either.
