not getting notifications for suscribed content

i have not been getting any notices for content i suscribe to. two kantai collection titles were released and nothing happened.

two more titles for SAO that i had tagged for notification and still nothing is done. what's going on? i never had problems with these titles before.

Just for troubleshooting... by chance are you getting notifications on tags that are being pulled?(loli, etc...) if so they will still show up in your notes they just won't be view able due to them being auto hidden.

i should have no blocked content. i live in the US and my filters are not turned on. i had no problem getting notices 3 weeks ago from the tagged content. i checked the kantai collection and SAO that were recently released and i don't seen any of the pulled tags applied to the content. also it is ironic that i have problems getting notifications and when i logged in this afternoon, there were two notifications on this topic waiting for me.
